Karen Strong (www.strongoutcomes.com) is the founder of Strong Outcomes LLC, a consulting company that specializes in working with organizations that conserve land, wildlife, and water.

She founded Strong Outcomes in 2018 after twenty years working in conservation and fifteen years as a non-profit board member. As a consultant, Karen leverages her background in science with and conservation and board experience to support strategic thinking, conservation planning, creative community engagement, and effective board governance. Over her career she has built capacity to conserve natural resources in dozens of communities and organizations and is always thinking about how we can make conservation more relevant to more people. 

Karen has a BS in Biology and an MS in Biodiversity, Conservation, and Policy from the University at Albany, a Certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University, and a Certificate in Training, Facilitation, and Consulting from Marlboro College.
